NEW!! Fall 2012 Registration Program Click HERE to Sign-up Online Team Assignments Team assignments are generated randomly through a computer program based on a child’s age and the receipt date of their completed registration form. If you indicated a request on your application, we will make every effort to accommodate that request, but note that with several hundred youth in the program, we will not be able to meet special requests in every instance.
| Determining Your Soccer Age Soccer age is determined at the beginning of the school year. Your soccer age is your age on August 1 immediately before the fall season. Players must meet age requirements to be eligible to play. Soccer ages for the Fall 2012-Spring 2013 can be found by utilizing the table below: 2011/2012 Age Brackets
Player Equipment Shinguards: FIFA approved shinguards are required for player protection. These can be purchased at Wal-Mart, Dicks, Academy Sports, Sports Authority, Target, or other stores. Shoes: We encourage players to purchase soccer cleats for safety reasons. The cleats must be a round, plastic type cleat. Baseball or football cleats are not permitted. Jerseys: Jerseys are provided by the league recreational program and are part of the registration fees. Practice Times Practice times are established by the coaching staff of each team. Coaches are volunteers and as such are providing a valuable service to the club and the youth we support. If you are unable to practice during the time your child’s coach has indicated, we will make every effort to support your child practicing with another team. We do not move players between teams due to scheduling conflicts with practices. Practice times will be posted on the club web site at mid March and mid August based on the information we receive back from the coaches. Coaches reserve the right to move practice times if needed. |
